Tropical Pineapple Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - Softened butter
02 - Granulated sugar
03 - Large eggs
04 - Very ripe banana
05 - Crushed pineapple with juice

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - All-purpose flour
07 - Baking powder
08 - Baking soda
09 - Salt

→ Mix-ins

10 - Shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
02 - Beat in eggs, mashed banana, and pineapple
03 - Mix flour, leaveners, salt. Combine with wet ingredients
04 - Fold in coconut. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan
05 - Cook 60 minutes until done. Cool 10 minutes in pan

01 - Don't overmix batter
02 - Use undrained pineapple
