Leftover Ham and Cheese Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 Hawaiian Rolls, halved.
02 - 3 tablespoons spicy mustard.
03 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed.
04 - 1 tablespoon honey.
05 - 1/2 pound ham, thinly sliced.
06 - 12 slices cheddar cheese.
07 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
08 - 3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds.
09 - 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 3/4 teaspoon onion powder.
11 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - Kosher salt to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Place roll bottoms cut side up in 10-inch cast iron skillet or baking dish.
02 - Mix mustard, brown sugar, honey, and pinch of salt. Brush half the sauce on roll bottoms.
03 - Add folded half-slices of cheese to each roll, top with ham, then remaining cheese. Brush cut side of top buns with remaining sauce.
04 - Mix melted butter with poppy seeds, Worcestershire, seasonings, and salt. Pour over assembled sliders.
05 - Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops brown.

# Notes:

01 - Can assemble ahead and add butter sauce before baking.
02 - Fold cheese slices for even melting.
