Easy Beer Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 cups self-rising flour
02 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
03 - 1 bottle (11.2 oz) Guinness beer
04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted, divided

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray bread pan with cooking spray.
02 - Whisk flour and sugar. Stir in beer and 3 tablespoons melted butter until thick.
03 - Spread in pan, brush with remaining butter. Bake 40-50 minutes until done.

01 - Can use any type of beer
02 - Try adding herbs or cheese
03 - Freezes well up to one month
