Green Chile Macaroni Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz elbow macaroni.
02 - 1 spoon olive oil.
03 - ½ cup diced green chiles.
04 - 2 spoons butter.
05 - 2 spoons flour.
06 - 1½ cups milk.
07 - 1½ cups cheddar cheese.
08 - ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain.
02 - Heat butter, add flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in milk until smooth.
03 - Stir in cheeses and garlic powder until melted and creamy.
04 - Mix in pasta and green chiles. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Top with extra cheese or herbs if desired.

01 - Use mild or hot chiles.
02 - Can add chicken or bacon.
