Valentine's Day Grain-Free Sugar Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups almond flour.
02 - ½ cup coconut flour.
03 - ½ teaspoon baking soda.
04 - ½ teaspoon salt.
05 - ½ cup softened butter.
06 - ¼ cup coconut oil.
07 - ¼ cup sugar.
08 - ¼ cup stevia.
09 - 1 egg.
10 - 1½ teaspoons vanilla.
11 - ½ cup white chocolate chips.
12 - 1 spoon coconut oil for glaze.
13 - Pink food coloring.
14 - Sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together flours, baking soda and salt.
02 - Cream butter, oil, sugar and stevia. Add egg and vanilla.
03 - Slowly mix flour mixture into wet ingredients. Form into ball and wrap.
04 - Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour or overnight.
05 - Roll between parchment to ¼ inch. Cut shapes. Bake at 350°F for 10-13 minutes.
06 - Melt chocolate with oil and food coloring. Dip cookies and add sprinkles.

01 - Keep dough cold while working.
02 - Keeps 1 week in container.
03 - Can freeze unfrosted 3 months.
