Garlic Steak Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound steak tips.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 4 cloves minced garlic.
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary.
06 - 1 teaspoon chopped thyme.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 1 pound rigatoni pasta.
09 - 1 cup heavy cream.
10 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella.
11 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
13 - Red pepper flakes to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil rigatoni and reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Season and cook steak tips 3-4 minutes per side.
03 - Melt butter and cook garlic with herbs until fragrant.
04 - Mix steak, pasta, cream and cheeses until sauce is creamy.
05 - Season to taste and garnish with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Use tender steak cuts.
02 - Can use half-and-half instead of cream.
03 - Optional to add vegetables.
