Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces cheese tortellini.
02 - 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
07 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
08 - 2 cups broccoli florets.
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook tortellini according to package directions. Fresh takes 3-5 minutes, frozen 8-10 minutes.
02 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in oil until golden, 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan.
03 - In same pan, cook garlic 1 minute. Add cream and broth, simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
04 - Steam broccoli until bright green and tender-crisp.
05 - Add chicken, steamed broccoli, and tortellini to sauce. Toss until well coated.
06 - Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.

01 - Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce.
02 - Cook chicken in batches if needed.
03 - Steam broccoli before adding to sauce.
