Garlic Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz (230g) spaghetti or linguine.
02 - 1/2 stick butter.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 5 cloves garlic, finely minced.
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - Salt to taste.
07 - 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese for garnishing.
08 - Chopped parsley for garnishing.

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat up a skillet and add the butter and olive oil. Saute the garlic until slightly brown and aromatic.
03 - Toss in the noodles, stir to combine well. Add salt to taste.
04 - Turn off the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Garnish with Cheddar cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Can add 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce instead of salt for Asian flavor.
