Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken thighs or breasts, bite-sized pieces.
02 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon fresh garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon smoky paprika.
05 - Salt and black pepper.
06 - For Sauce: 1/4 cup soft butter, unsalted.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parmesan, grated.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, chopped.
10 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix chicken pieces with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper until well coated.
02 - Put chicken on skewers with small spaces between pieces.
03 - Turn air fryer to 400°F and let it heat for 5 minutes.
04 - Put skewers in one layer in air fryer. Cook 10 minutes at 400°F, turning once halfway.
05 - Mix butter, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper while chicken cooks.
06 - Brush skewers with garlic butter mix. Cook 2-3 more minutes until done.
07 - Rest for few minutes. Top with extra cheese and parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water first.
02 - Add chili flakes for extra kick.
03 - Keeps 3 days in fridge.
