Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 pound chicken tenderloins or breasts, cut into bite size pieces.
03 - 1 pound baby potatoes, halved.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning.
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 2 tablespoons butter.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - 1/2 cup garlic parmesan wing sauce.
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Trim and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
03 - Toss chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil in bowl.
04 - Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil in separate bowl.
05 - Mix paprika, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
06 - Season chicken and potatoes with half seasoning mix each.
07 - Roast potatoes on baking sheet for 20 minutes.
08 - Cook seasoned chicken in skillet 7-10 minutes until done.
09 - Add butter and garlic to chicken.
10 - Add roasted potatoes to skillet, combine.
11 - Turn off heat, add wing sauce.
12 - Top with cheese, cover until melted (about 5 minutes).
