Crispy Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more as needed
06 - 4 tablespoons butter, divided
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken into bites, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat with cornstarch.
02 - Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Cook half the chicken 4 minutes per side until golden.
03 - Add more oil if needed, cook remaining chicken. Remove all chicken to plate.
04 - Cool pan slightly, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes until garlic is done.
05 - Return chicken to pan, toss in garlic butter sauce. Top with parsley.

02 - Don't crowd pan when cooking
03 - Watch garlic carefully to avoid burning
