French Onion Butter Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups uncooked long grain rice.
02 - 14.5 ounces beef broth.
03 - 10.5 ounces French onion soup.
04 - 1 stick cold butter.
05 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Spread uncooked rice evenly in 8x8 inch baking dish.
02 - Pour beef broth and French onion soup over the rice.
03 - Slice butter into pats and distribute evenly over rice mixture.
04 - Cover dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
05 - Uncover and bake additional 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
