French Dip Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls.
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
03 - 1 tablespoon cream-style horseradish.
04 - 1/2 pound provolone or Swiss cheese, sliced.
05 - 1/2 pound deli roast beef, sliced.
06 - 1/2 cup caramelized onions.
07 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
12 - 2 cups beef broth.
13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
14 - 1 large garlic clove, minced.
15 - 1 1/2 tablespoons flour (optional).
16 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
17 - 1-2 teaspoons beef base (if needed).
18 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme.
19 - Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice rolls horizontally.
02 - Toast roll halves 1-2 minutes.
03 - Heat oven to 350°F.
04 - Mix mayonnaise and horseradish together.
05 - Layer bottom rolls, mayo mixture, half the cheese, roast beef, onions, remaining cheese, and top rolls with mayo in a baking dish.
06 - Mix butter sauce ingredients, and brush over tops and sides of the rolls.
07 - Cover and bake 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake 5-8 minutes more.
08 - Melt butter in a saucepan, cook garlic until fragrant. Add flour if using and cook for 1-2 minutes.
09 - Whisk in broth, seasonings, and beef base if needed. Simmer for 10 minutes.
10 - Strain and serve warm alongside sliders.

# Notes:

01 - Pre-toasting rolls prevents sogginess. Flour in jus is optional but helps thicken for better dipping.
