Fantasy Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups granulated sugar.
02 - 3/4 cup margarine (BlueBonnet brand recommended).
03 - 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
04 - 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (Nestle Toll House brand recommended).
05 - 7 ounces marshmallow creme (Jet-Puff brand recommended).
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup chopped walnuts.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9x13 straight-sided baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on sides for easy removal.
02 - In 3-4 quart saucepan on medium heat, combine sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly for 5-8 minutes until reaching hard boil.
03 - Cook mixture exactly 5 minutes at hard boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
04 - Add chocolate chips to hot sugar mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
05 - Add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Stir until smooth with no marshmallow streaks. Stir in walnuts.
06 - Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Let cool completely before removing and cutting into 1-inch squares.
