Autumn Farro Apple Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Uncooked farro
02 - Vegetable broth or water with bouillon

→ Fresh Ingredients

03 - Thinly sliced honeycrisp apple
04 - Chopped fresh chives
05 - Chopped fresh parsley

→ Mix-ins

06 - Sliced almonds
07 - Dried cranberries

→ Dressing

08 - Fresh lemon juice
09 - Olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Simmer in broth 30 minutes uncovered
02 - Let farro cool at least 15 minutes
03 - Slice apple, chop herbs while farro cools
04 - Toss all ingredients together with dressing
