# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Large flour tortillas

→ Filling

02 - Fresh or thawed corn kernels
03 - Mayonnaise
04 - Shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
05 - Crumbled cotija cheese
06 - Chili powder
07 - Smoked paprika
08 - Fresh chopped cilantro

→ Crema

09 - Sour cream or Greek yogurt
10 - Fresh lime juice and zest
11 - Ground cumin

→ For Cooking

12 - Butter or olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine corn, mayo, cheeses, spices, and cilantro
02 - Whisk sour cream, lime, cumin, and salt
03 - Spread filling on half of each tortilla, fold
04 - Pan-fry in butter 2-3 minutes per side until crispy

01 - Can add jalapeños for heat
02 - Feta can replace cotija
