Eggnog Bread Rum Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large eggs.
02 - 1 cup full-fat eggnog.
03 - 2 teaspoons Captain Morgan spiced rum.
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
06 - ½ cup real butter, melted.
07 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 (3.4 oz) package vanilla pudding mix.
09 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
10 - ½ teaspoon salt.
11 - ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg.
12 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar (for Rum Glaze).
14 - 2-3 tablespoons eggnog (for Rum Glaze).
15 - 1 tablespoon spiced rum (for Rum Glaze).
16 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (for Rum Glaze).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, mix eggs, eggnog, rum, sugar, and vanilla.
03 - Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
05 - Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
06 - Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
07 - Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
08 - Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
09 - Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
10 - Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
11 - Pour glaze over slightly warm bread.
