Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Heat water, milk and butter to 120-130°F.

Beat wet into dry ingredients. Gradually add remaining flour until dough forms. Knead 6-8 minutes until smooth.

Divide dough in half, roll each into 12x7-inch rectangle. Roll up, place in greased loaf pans.

Let rise 45 minutes until doubled. Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes until golden.
