Easy Strawberry Shortcake Chow (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ounce package freeze-dried strawberries
02 - 4 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
03 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
04 - 1/3 cup icing sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Place strawberries in a food processor and chop them into a fine powder. Alternatively, use pre-packaged dried strawberry powder to save time. Ensure the powder is evenly processed for a smooth mix.
02 - In a bowl, combine the strawberry powder with powdered sugar and mix until the blend is uniform. Transfer the mixture into a 1-gallon freezer bag and seal it securely. Set aside.
03 - Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval to prevent overheating. Once melted, fold the chocolate into a large bowl with the cereal, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
04 - Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal into the prepared bag with the strawberry-sugar mixture. Seal the bag and gently toss until all the cereal is evenly coated. Handle with care to avoid breaking the cereal.
05 - Lay out the coated cereal mixture on a baking sheet, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the coating to set. Once done, store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure your cereal is fresh and crispy to avoid a stale texture in your snack.
02 - Work in small batches while coating cereal to prevent clumping.
03 - Use short intervals while melting white chocolate to prevent it from seizing or burning.
