# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, cubed.
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley.
04 - 1 cup buttermilk.
05 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
06 - Black pepper to taste.
07 - Vegetable oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil 2 inches deep.
02 - Set up 3 bowls: Bowl 1 with flour and garlic salt, Bowl 2 with buttermilk, and Bowl 3 with panko crumbs.
03 - Coat chicken cubes in the flour mix.
04 - Dip the floured chicken in buttermilk.
05 - Coat the buttermilk-dipped chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
06 - Repeat the buttermilk and panko coating for extra crispiness (optional).
