Easy Creamy Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound dried pasta.
02 - 5 spoons butter.
03 - ½ cup flour.
04 - 5 cups milk.
05 - 1 pound white cheddar.
06 - 4 oz cream cheese.
07 - ½ teaspoon salt.
08 - ½ teaspoon pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta 1 minute less than package directions. Drain.
02 - Melt butter, whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes until light brown.
03 - Gradually whisk in warm milk until thickened. Add cream cheese until melted.
04 - Stir in cheddar gradually until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Mix in pasta. Cover and let sit 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps 3 days in fridge.
02 - Can freeze up to 2 months.
03 - Can be baked with breadcrumbs.
04 - Can reduce sauce if desired.
