# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

07 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
08 - 1 cup chicken broth
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
11 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to low and add softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until it begins to melt.
04 - Gradually whisk in chicken broth to create a smooth sauce.
05 - Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
06 - Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, until fully cooked.
07 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
