Easy Chicken Fritters (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken breast (9 ounces).
02 - 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1 egg.
05 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Chop shredded chicken into small pieces using kitchen scissors or knife until you have 1.5 cups.
02 - Combine chicken with cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, flour, and salt until well mixed.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil or butter in frying pan over medium-low heat.
04 - Drop heaping tablespoons of mixture onto pan, flatten with spatula, and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
05 - Transfer cooked fritters to paper towel-lined plate to cool.
