Fried Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh cheese ravioli, store-bought - 20 oz package.
02 - Large eggs - 2.
03 - Whole milk - 1/3 cup.
04 - Seasoned Italian breadcrumbs - 2 cups.
05 - Vegetable oil for deep frying.
06 - Fresh grated parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup.
07 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped - 1 tablespoon.
08 - Your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper to hold the breaded ravioli.
02 - Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl until well blended.
03 - Take each ravioli, dunk in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered. Place on your lined sheet.
04 - Pour oil into a heavy pot, about 3 inches deep, and heat to 350°F.
05 - Working in small batches, fry 6-8 ravioli for 3-4 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.
06 - Sprinkle hot ravioli with parmesan and parsley, serve alongside warm marinara sauce.

01 - Thaw frozen ravioli completely before using.
02 - Serve right away for best crunch.
