Creamy Shrimp Scampi Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces linguine or spaghetti.
02 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined.
03 - 4 tablespoons butter.
04 - 4 cloves minced garlic.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
06 - 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth.
07 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in skillet. Cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 1 minute.
03 - Add shrimp to skillet, cook 3-4 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
04 - Add wine to skillet, simmer 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and cream. Simmer gently.
05 - Toss pasta with sauce. Transfer to baking dish, top with shrimp and both cheeses.
06 - Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley and serve.

01 - Can substitute chicken broth for wine.
