Creamy Paprika Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 - 2 red bell peppers, chopped
02 - 600g chicken breast, cut into pieces
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced
04 - 100ml milk
05 - 200ml chicken broth
06 - 1 tbsp flour
07 - 1 large onion, finely chopped
08 - 2 - 3 tbsp sweet paprika
09 - 200ml heavy cream
10 - 1 tsp dried thyme
11 - 2 tsp fresh or dried oregano
12 - Salt to taste
13 - Pinch of pepper
14 - A little oil for frying
15 - 2 tbsp tomato paste

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the chicken into pieces. Finely chop the onion, chop the bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
02 - Brown the chicken in hot oil and add the paprika. Remove and set aside.
03 - Sauté the onions and garlic in the remaining oil. Stir in the tomato paste, then add the diced bell pepper.
04 - Stir in the flour, then add the chicken back to the pan. Pour in the milk, cream, and chicken broth, and mix well.
05 - Simmer the mixture until everything is cooked through. Season with oregano, paprika, and thyme.

01 - Delicious with pasta or rice.

03 - Be careful not to overcook the chicken.
