Cut the chicken into pieces. Finely chop the onion, chop the bell pepper, and mince the garlic.

Brown the chicken in hot oil and add the paprika. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the onions and garlic in the remaining oil. Stir in the tomato paste, then add the diced bell pepper.

Stir in the flour, then add the chicken back to the pan. Pour in the milk, cream, and chicken broth, and mix well.
