Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Heavy Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds russet potatoes.
02 - 1½ cups heavy cream.
03 - 4 spoons butter plus more for top.
04 - 1 spoon seasoned salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash, peel and cut potatoes into large pieces.
02 - Boil potatoes in large pot for 20 minutes.
03 - Drain and mash potatoes until smooth with no lumps.
04 - Mix in cream, seasoned salt and butter until well combined.
05 - Top with extra melted butter if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Can use Yukon gold potatoes.
02 - Add more butter for serving.
