One-Pot Chicken Orzo Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Uncooked orzo pasta
02 - Cooked shredded chicken

→ Sauce Base

03 - Olive oil
04 - Butter
05 - Tomato paste
06 - Sun-dried tomatoes
07 - Minced garlic

→ Liquids

08 - Dry white wine
09 - Chicken broth
10 - Heavy cream

→ Seasonings

11 - Dried oregano
12 - Red pepper flakes
13 - Fresh basil
14 - Freshly grated parmesan

# Instructions:

01 - Cook oil, butter, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, garlic, pepper flakes, orzo 2-3 minutes
02 - Add wine, reduce. Add broth and cream, simmer 10 minutes, stirring often
03 - Mix in chicken, parmesan, basil. Cover 3-5 minutes until thickened
