Creamy French Onion Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 450 grams beef stew meat
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
06 - 298 grams French onion soup (1 can, 10.5 ounces)
07 - 710 milliliters beef broth (3 cups)
08 - 340 grams egg noodles
09 - 120 milliliters sour cream (1/2 cup)
10 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
11 - 60 grams French fried onions (1 cup)

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the olive oil in a large pot set over medium-high heat. Add the beef stew meat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides.
02 - Pour the French onion soup and beef broth into the pot. Stir to combine, ensuring any caramelized bits are scraped from the base of the pot. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook the beef for 10 minutes.
03 - Incorporate the egg noodles into the simmering liquid. Stir occasionally, making sure the noodles are fully submerged, and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
04 - Remove the pot from heat. Fold in sour cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined for a creamy consistency. Serve topped with French fried onions as desired for added crunch.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure all noodles remain submerged during cooking by stirring intermittently to promote uniform doneness.
