Cranberry Bliss Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup melted butter.
02 - 1¼ cups brown sugar.
03 - ½ cup white sugar.
04 - 2 eggs plus 1 yolk.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
06 - 2¼ cups flour.
07 - 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1 cup dried cranberries.
11 - ½ cup soft butter for frosting.
12 - 8 oz cream cheese.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
14 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.
15 - 3-4 cups powdered sugar.
16 - ½ cup white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13 pan with parchment.
02 - Beat melted butter and sugars. Add eggs, yolk and vanilla until mixed.
03 - Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Add to wet mix slowly.
04 - Stir in half the cranberries. Spread in pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
05 - Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add vanilla, zest and powdered sugar.
06 - Frost cooled bars. Top with remaining cranberries and melted white chocolate. Cut in triangles.

# Notes:

01 - Dark brown sugar makes them moister.
02 - Keeps for a week in fridge.
03 - Can freeze up to 3 months.
