Cowboy Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
03 - ½ cup milk.
04 - ⅓ cup sour cream.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - ½ teaspoon salt.
07 - ½ teaspoon pepper.
08 - 1½ cups frozen corn.
09 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar.
10 - ½ cup chopped bacon.
11 - 28 oz frozen tater tots.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 pan.
02 - Brown ground beef and drain fat.
03 - Mix soup, milk, sour cream and seasonings until smooth.
04 - Stir in beef, corn, ½ cup cheese and bacon. Pour in pan.
05 - Add ½ cup cheese and tater tots on top.
06 - Cook 40 minutes until bubbly. Add remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Top with extra bacon if desired.
02 - Use frozen tots for best results.
