Cookies and Cream Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups white sugar.
02 - 3/4 cup salted butter, at room temperature.
03 - 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk.
04 - 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.
05 - 2 cups mini marshmallows.
06 - 2 cups crumbled Oreos (about 20 sandwich cookies).

# Instructions:

01 - Line pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an inch or two overhang on sides for easy removal.
02 - Add sugar, butter, and milk to a medium to large saucepan. Heat on medium, stirring until it thickens and boils, pulling from sides of pan.
03 - Continue stirring until mixture slowly boils into a foam (about 3-4 minutes).
04 - Remove from heat and stir in white chips and marshmallows until completely melted.
05 - Quickly stir in crumbled Oreos, making sure they are evenly distributed. Optional: reserve some crumbs for topping.
06 - Pour into prepared pan, spread evenly with rubber spatula or wooden spoon. Let cool at room temperature to set.

# Notes:

01 - Can use 8x8 pan for thicker fudge or 9x13 for thinner pieces.
02 - Keep in airtight container to prevent drying.
