Classic Stuffed Shells (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 jumbo pasta shells.
02 - 15 oz ricotta cheese.
03 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella.
04 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
05 - Salt and pepper.
06 - 1 egg.
07 - ½ cup grated parmesan.
08 - 3 cups marinara sauce.
09 - 2 spoons chopped parsley.
10 - Cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9x13 pan. Spread 1½ cups marinara in pan.
02 - Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, seasonings, egg, and parmesan.
03 - Spoon cheese mix into each shell and place in pan.
04 - Pour remaining sauce over shells. Top with remaining cheese.
05 - Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
06 - Top with parsley and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Slightly undercook shells.
02 - Use whole milk cheese if possible.
03 - Grate fresh cheese for best melting.
