Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9x13 pan. Spread 1½ cups marinara in pan.

Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, seasonings, egg, and parmesan.

Spoon cheese mix into each shell and place in pan.

Pour remaining sauce over shells. Top with remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.

Top with parsley and serve.
