01 - Vegetable oil
02 - Unsalted butter
03 - All-purpose flour

09 - Peeled medium shrimp

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare rice according to package instructions
02 - Cook andouille until lightly browned, set aside
03 - Cook butter, oil, and flour over low heat until dark brown, 20-25 minutes
04 - Add onion, pepper, celery, garlic until tender
05 - Add stock, sausage, tomatoes, seasonings. Simmer covered 2 hours
06 - Stir in okra, cook 5 minutes
07 - Add shrimp, cook until pink. Add parsley
