Classic Lemon Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour for crust.
02 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
04 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest.
08 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour for filling.
09 - 4 large eggs.
10 - 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and line pan with parchment.
02 - Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla, press into pan.
03 - Cook 18-20 minutes until edges brown, prick with fork.
04 - Mix sugar with zest, then blend in flour, eggs and lemon juice.
05 - Pour filling over hot crust, bake 20-25 minutes until set.
06 - Cool 1 hour at room temp then 2 hours in fridge.

01 - Must chill completely before cutting.
02 - Dust with sugar before serving.
03 - Can prepare in advance.
