French Toast Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Roll Base

01 - White sandwich bread, crusts removed
02 - Melted butter
03 - Brown sugar
04 - Ground cinnamon

→ French Toast Coating

05 - Large eggs
06 - Milk
07 - Ground cinnamon
08 - Vanilla extract

→ For Cooking

09 - Butter for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Remove crusts, flatten slices with rolling pin
02 - Mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon. Spread on bread leaving border
03 - Roll slices tightly, seal edges
04 - Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla
05 - Dip rolls in egg mixture, fry in butter until brown

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh soft bread
02 - Don't oversoak in egg
03 - Freezes well
