Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ⅓ cup fresh lime juice (from 2-3 limes).
02 - ¼ cup rice vinegar.
03 - 4 cloves garlic.
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 2 teaspoons granulated sugar.
06 - 1 cup vegetable or canola oil.
07 - ½ cup fresh cilantro, stems removed.

# Instructions:

01 - Add lime juice, rice vinegar, garlic, salt, and sugar to your food processor or blender.
02 - Turn on blender and slowly drizzle in the oil in a steady stream. This helps create a smooth emulsion.
03 - Add the fresh cilantro and blend until well combined.
04 - Serve right away or chill first.

01 - Keeps in refrigerator up to 10 days.
02 - Shake well before each use.
