Disneyland Churro Toffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Toffee

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 3 tablespoons water
04 - 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Topping

07 - 8 ounces white chocolate baking bar
08 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
09 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Line 9x13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
02 - Cook butter, sugar, water, and corn syrup to 290°F (soft-crack). Add vanilla and salt.
03 - Cool 5 minutes. Spread melted white chocolate on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
04 - Let set 3 hours. Remove from pan and break into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Use white chocolate bars not chips
02 - Watch temperature carefully
03 - Stores two weeks in airtight container
