Line 9x13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Cook butter, sugar, water, and corn syrup to 290°F (soft-crack). Add vanilla and salt.

Cool 5 minutes. Spread melted white chocolate on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Let set 3 hours. Remove from pan and break into pieces.
