Christmas Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 22 ounces white chocolate chips (two 11-oz bags).
02 - 1 3/4 cups vanilla frosting.
03 - 1 teaspoon red gel food coloring.
04 - 1 teaspoon green gel food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8x8 pan with parchment, leaving overhang.
02 - Melt chocolate and frosting in double boiler over medium-low heat.
03 - Stir every few minutes until smooth (8-10 minutes).
04 - Divide mixture into three portions.
05 - Add red coloring to one portion, green coloring to the second portion, and leave the third portion white.
06 - Drop 2 tablespoon dollops of each color in pan and swirl with knife to create a pattern.
07 - Refrigerate uncovered for 1-2 hours.
08 - Remove fudge from pan using parchment.
09 - Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting into pieces.

02 - Keep all water away from chocolate to prevent seizing.
