Chocolate Chip PB Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
10 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
11 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips

→ Glaze

12 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
13 - 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
14 - 2 tablespoons milk

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch square pan with baking spray.
02 - Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
03 - Whisk flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients.
04 - Spread in pan, top with chips. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool and drizzle with peanut butter glaze.

02 - Adjust glaze consistency with milk
