Chocolate Crinkle Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
02 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
03 - 1/2 cup dark brown sugar.
04 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar.
05 - 3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk, room temperature.
06 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.
07 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
10 - 1/2 - 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Beat cocoa powder, sugars and oil for 2 minutes in mixer with paddle attachment.
03 - Mix in eggs and vanilla until incorporated, scraping bowl as needed.
04 - Mix in flour, salt and baking powder until just combined.
05 - Cover dough and chill several hours or freeze 30-60 minutes.
06 - Roll 1 1/2 tablespoon portions into balls, then roll in powdered sugar.
07 - Bake for 10 minutes.
08 - Cool few minutes on sheet then transfer to cooling rack.

01 - Keeps 3 days at room temperature.
02 - Can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
03 - Can be frozen up to 3 months.
04 - Keep dough chilled between batches.
