Chocolate Caramel Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 25 whole Oreo cookies.
02 - 5 tablespoons melted butter (for crust).
03 - 8 tablespoons butter (for caramel).
04 - 2/3 cup packed brown sugar.
05 - 3/4 cup heavy cream, divided.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 6 ounces dark chocolate chips.
08 - Flaky salt for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Crush Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, press into 8-inch tart pan, and bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
02 - Cook butter and brown sugar until bubbling, stir for 1 minute, then carefully add warm cream and vanilla.
03 - Pour caramel into crust and freeze 30 minutes until set.
04 - Pour hot cream over chocolate chips, let stand 1 minute, then whisk until smooth.
05 - Pour ganache over caramel, smooth top, let set, and sprinkle with salt.
