Chicken Shrimp Carbonara (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces linguine.
02 - 1/4 cup flour.
03 - 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs.
04 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
09 - 2 eggs beaten.
10 - 2 chicken breasts.
11 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
12 - 1/2 cup bacon diced.
13 - 8 ounces large shrimp.
14 - 1 red bell pepper.
15 - 1/2 cup onion.
16 - 1 tablespoon garlic.
17 - 1 cup heavy cream.
18 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
19 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta al dente, drain and set aside.
02 - Bread chicken with flour, egg and seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
03 - Fry bacon until crispy, remove from pan.
04 - Cook breaded chicken until golden, remove and slice.
05 - Cook shrimp in same pan until pink.
06 - Cook vegetables, add cream and broth, simmer until thickened.
07 - Mix pasta, meats and sauce, top with cheese and parsley.

01 - Don't overcook pasta.
02 - Watch bacon carefully.
03 - Don't boil cream sauce.
