Easy Chicken Parmesan Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground chicken
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1 cup parmesan cheese, divided
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - Pepper to taste

→ Cooking & Topping

10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 24 ounce jar marinara sauce
12 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Mix meatball ingredients with half the parmesan. Form 1-inch meatballs.
02 - Heat oil in oven-safe skillet. Brown meatballs in batches, about 5 minutes each batch.
03 - Pour marinara in skillet, add meatballs back. Top with remaining parmesan and mozzarella.
04 - Bake 15 minutes until meatballs are done. Broil briefly to brown cheese if desired.
