Classic Cobb Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 bacon strips, chopped.
02 - 1 romaine lettuce head, chopped.
03 - 2 cooked chicken breasts.
04 - 2 hard boiled eggs.
05 - 1 ripe avocado.
06 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes.
07 - ½ cup sliced red onion.
08 - ½ cup crumbled blue cheese.
09 - 2 spoons fresh parsley.
10 - 3 spoons balsamic vinegar.
11 - 1 spoon dijon mustard.
12 - 1 garlic clove.
13 - ⅓ cup olive oil.
14 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon until crispy. Place on paper towels to drain.
02 - Boil eggs, cool in ice water, peel and cut in quarters.
03 - Wash and dry lettuce, then spread on a platter.
04 - Line up rows of chicken, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, onion, cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
05 - Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Serve on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken.
02 - Feta cheese works instead of blue cheese.
03 - Add dressing just before eating.
