Cheesy Straws (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 3/4 cups self-rising flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
07 - 1-4 tablespoons water.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine flour, paprika, cayenne and salt.
02 - Beat butter and grated cheese until smooth, about 2 minutes.
03 - Mix dry ingredients into cheese mixture, add water until dough forms.
04 - Cover dough and let rest while heating oven to 350°F.
05 - Use cookie press or roll and cut into strips.
06 - Cook 14-17 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.

01 - Can substitute regular flour.
02 - Use freshly grated cheese.
03 - Can freeze before baking.
