Cheesy Garlic Zucchini Steaks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium zucchinis.
02 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
04 - Kosher salt.
05 - 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
06 - 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded.
07 - 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, shredded.
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil, torn.

# Instructions:

01 - Halve zucchini lengthwise, score flesh. Salt and let sit 15 minutes.
02 - Cook garlic and pepper flakes in 2 tablespoons oil until fragrant.
03 - Pat dry and cook in batches until golden. Transfer to baking sheet.
04 - Brush with garlic oil, bake at 425°F for 8-10 minutes until tender.
05 - Top with cheeses and broil until melted. Garnish with basil.
