In a large pan, fry the ground beef with onion and garlic until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, remove from heat, and let cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with half of the grated cheddar. Season with a small amount of salt and pepper.

Place one tortilla on a large plate and spread half of the meat mixture evenly over it. Add a layer of cheese cream on top, followed by another tortilla.

Repeat the layering process, using the remaining meat mixture and cheese cream between the tortillas. Place the last tortilla on top as the final layer.

Sprinkle the top tortilla with the remaining grated cheddar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and decorate with fresh lettuce, tomato, and cucumber slices. Cut into portions and serve with ketchup and mustard.
