03 - 2 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
04 - ¼ cup chopped green onions
05 - 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese (about 1/2 inch cubes)
06 - ½ cup thinly sliced radishes

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
09 - 1 tsp. sugar
10 - 1 tsp. seasoned salt
11 - 1 tsp. ground mustard

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together your peas, celery, chopped eggs, green onions, cheddar cheese cubes, and sliced radishes. All these colorful ingredients create a beautiful base for your salad.
02 - In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, seasoned salt, and ground mustard until everything is smooth and well blended.
03 - Pour your creamy dressing over the pea mixture and gently stir everything together until all the ingredients are evenly coated. Be careful not to mash the peas as you mix.
04 - Cover your salad and pop it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This gives the flavors time to blend together and the salad to chill to the perfect temperature.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure frozen peas are completely thawed and drained
02 - Can be made up to a day in advance for best flavor
03 - Perfect for potlucks, picnics, and barbecues
