Cheddar Bay Crab Cakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crab Cakes

01 - 1 lb lump crab meat, picked over
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 2 tablespoons butter or oil, for frying

→ Lemon Butter Drizzle

12 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
14 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
15 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Gently combine crab, cheese, crackers, egg, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Shape mixture into 8-10 patties, pressing gently to hold shape.
03 - Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook cakes 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
04 - Mix melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic powder. Drizzle over crab cakes.
